Tsvetelina Angelova Managing partner, Attorney-at-law

Tsvetelina Angelova is a managing partner in Angelova – attorneys at law. She graduated from Faculty of Law in 2008. She specialized in International Law and European Community law at the University Val de Marne-Paris XII in which it was formed in matters within its practice area.
During her studies, she has conducted numerous courses in several institutions, including in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of France in the General Direction for Competition, Consumption and Repression of Fraud, as well as in the Direction “European Parliament Mission”.
Practice area: Commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, antitrust law, real estate transactions, legal analysis on properties, consumer protection, employment law, international law, litigation.

09/2022- present: Associate, Angelova- attorneys at law *Attending meetings with international clients to ascertain their needs; -conducting legal research; -coordinating and filing documents (in French and English) involving attorneys and clients; -reviewing cases, providing updates to attorneys;
04/2024- 01/2025: Tax & Immigration intern, Deloitte Assisting in processing work and residence permits, visa applications, and immigration compliance for multinational clients. Supported expatriate tax compliance and ensured social security compliance for cross-border employees. Conducted research on Bulgarian and EU immigration and tax regulations, providing up-to-date insights for senior consultants and clients. Collaborated with global teams to streamline client documentation and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.
